Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I drove from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to this location trying to order food and their process is so stupidly slow I made the entire drive before we could order. The phone rep could not even get the order placed. Went to Chick-Fil-A instead, so stupid. Fix your website and phone system, you lost $100 order for my family of 7

great food as always, great service, only thing that knocked a star off for me this time was the first 3 things i asked for they were out of and didnt do anything to adjust their menu to reflect current out of stock items. but we had the towering onion rings and shared a crispy chicken salad this time around and those were excellent.

oh. they changed the quality of some of the menu items that are not burger. when they order their grilled chicken breast shell. it will not be as you are accustomed to, and I say that on the political side, lowering their quality, but increasing prices. Why 3 stars? the burgers are still delicious

It was for my birthday dinner why my husband and I visited. It was an amazing experience, and the server we had was very attentive. It was overall just so much fun. My free perks birthday dinner was an excellent incentive to make the long drive to there too.

Great burgers, nice people but fries were warm. Told server hot fries next time please. Came back with warm seasoned fries; seasoned good, warm not good. I'm still happy though.
