Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had a mixed experience tonight. my wife and I said it was a 50-minute waiting time for a table, but fortunately it ended only 10 minutes. but then we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. eating was quite delicious when it finally came, and our server did a good job to fill our drinks and pommes again. they obviously have problems here, so I may give the place another attempt in the future if the world's strangeness (hopefully) has settled a little.

love this place. sadly a bit understaffed on waiters but those who are there are awesome !I always come back for the bottomless sweet potato fries and their burgers are always good.parking is available right outside.weekends may require a wait due to the situation.the kitchen moves fast though, so you may be lucky with take away delivery

Ordered 3 burgers for delivery. Bacon cheeseburger was overcooked and only had like 3 onion rings (which was an up charge) Southern Charm burger was inedibly sweet, and she loves sweet things. And the Mad Love burger had a long hair in it which definitively did not belong to the consumer. Nasty and overpriced, very disappointed.

Our food was good! The southern charm burger was delicious and worth it. The sweet potato fries were okay. Our waiter seemed very rushed and in a hurry, which wasn’t the greatest. We did have to ask for drink refills and fry refills. They have a rewards program and birthday rewards, which is awesome!

excellent place, family atmosphere, my 4 stars is for waiting 25 minutes for a table, when it seemed empty when we sat down, excellent flavors
