Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This is a place that is very friendly. I ordered GF frits and the website indicates that each facility has a specific GF freyer especially for people with allergies. I also ordered a grilled chicken burger minus everything and added mushrooms and avocado for a charge. They forgot the mushrooms and at the time the server came back, I said, forget it out of the bill. It was not taken out of the bill. We made the server aware and he brought us back $2. We also ordered a burger without Mayo and it came with Mayo. It took almost 15 minutes for the right burger to get to the table, everyone was almost done until it arrived. We asked for more Pommes and when they broke them out, I asked which are the GF, to whom the person who brought the Pommes out of the kitchen said they were all. So there is no designated GF dryer as your website says? I was hesitant to eat them at this place. The bathrooms were disgusting. We are to visit from the city so that we're back anyway, but be careful, this place doesn't seem like it has it together.

We commanded that the pick-up of board was longer than quoted, but it was also St Patrick? s Tag so understandable. We got our order at home and both burgers were Fleischburger and you should be Veggie Burger and it was marked Veggie on the ticket. We called to solve the problem, and when we said we wanted a replacement, we said we were waiting for a manager and after we waited a very inappropriate time (10 min), I went to the store and complained to the manager. When I arrived there, the manager (Julian) greeted me and let me blew up the whole situation and then said that he had already taken the charge for the Veggie Burger and made him new and had him in hand. I was glad he first listened to me and then offered his already implemented solution. He has treated the situation appropriately and we will go back there.

My children took me to Red Robin to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the southern charm burger and it was delicious. The onion rings were great as well. Unfortunately, I ordered a root beer float and only received a glass of root beer. I was told the ice cream would arrive later. It never arrived so we had it removed from our bill. That was disappointing. With that exception, the service fine and the food was tasty.

My advise is to NEVER order food from them online, either from them directly or through a third party. Ordered a burger with no pink, but instead received a burger that was basically raw. I won't be ordering food from there until they figure out how to cook food that won't make someone sick. If you think I'm kidding, here is a photo.

Great food, great surroundings. Short staff still brought us our food out quickly and properly. Much estimated <3
