My order was spot on! Ordered the Arctic cod fish and chips for $17.89 thru GrubHub. I called the restaurant and talked to Jill a person, yes a real person! Ask her to make sure that they don't make the fish overcooked. She was very helpful and was able to catch the cooks before they put the order in. I was very happy with her customer service, and hope that her manager recognizes this, as busy as they are. I am very happy with what I received, food was warm and the fish tasted great. The restaurant was not busy during our visit. Unfortunately, the soda machine was out of order, which was understandable. We ordered our burgers and specifically requested some additional items in advance. However, those items never arrived until we asked again, and even then, the server only brought a few of them. I had ordered the pretzel beer-bacon burger, which was supposed to be topped with beer cheese. Instead, I was disappointed to find a cold and coagulated mess. The so-called endless fries were a letdown as well, as they were never offered to us. I ordered water since there was no lime, but there was also no offer for a refill. Back in 2000 this Red Robin was quality. We went today after not going much because the parking situation and lack of staff has had us leave twice before due to long waits with barely any customers. Anyway we met today and service was good but the food was terrible. Fry’s were undercooked. Bacon looked like it was microwaved. I couldn’t even eat the chicken in my salad. My sons Macaroni and cheese looked like soup. Both kids wouldn’t eat their fry’s. They stated they were “terrible” (they will eat anything). Take pride in food quality. Do better. I requested water for our entire table, but it didn't arrive until we finished our meal, despite asking multiple times. We had someone with celiac disease in our group, but the gluten-free fries were overcooked, leaving us without any. Our waiter never checked if we wanted more fries, even though we had asked for them. Additionally, we were not asked if we wanted refills on our lemonade or if we wanted more salad, which we would have to pay extra for. These items were neither ordered nor included on our bill.

my wife suffered from covid isolation and red robin has menu items that she eats despite anorexia as both bark and impossible burger. the groundless fries are groundless and milkshakes are too big for them, but not for others. it is always a positive experience. I love the place.
Yes the service is slow due to low staff but fresh fries and refills on drinks are always coming to the table. Good to go if you have time to just relax. (Also news story happened more then 2 years ago and whole staff from incident has been overturned) Reserva una mesa ahora
