bolingbrook location is on the hill. we stood for 5 minutes before someone showed up before us (also hallo). our waitress was not very friendly, it gave us the feeling that it was a palate that we are honest. eating was cold when it came out. we ordered more mac and cheese for our children, I saw it coming and sitting for 10 minutes in front of the served (yes our waitress often went by) but hey we got our underdeveloped pommes right away. that would be understandable if it was busy, but it was dead, maybe there were 2 other tables where people were sitting. dessert was not better, it was frozen, it took so long to get through. we didn't even want to talk to a manager, my children were tired...

If I could leave zero stars I would my family and I came to this location on Saturday night, I called prior to coming and the hostess that answered the call was extremely rude when I asked if there was a wait. We get there and there is a wait which is understandable because it's Saturday night but then a couple of 2 walks in and gets seated right away after my family and I have been waiting for a table after being told there was a 30 min wait. We went there on Saturday July 16 at around 5pm. There were many empty tables, restaurant was about 1/3 full, but we're told that there was a 30 minute wait due to being short staffed. That's cool, we'll sit at the bar. Sorry, no bartender, you can't even sit there. We visited Red Robin for a birthday treat as a part of their rewards program. Our server took some time to get to us, which was unfortunate but we finally ordered some pretzel bites and 2 burgers, both with veggie patties. One was a scorpion burger and the other was the burning love burger. We also got a couple of beers! Both of the burgers tasted okay, and the pretzel bites were hot (but unfortunately somewhat burnt). The burgers come with all you can eat sides, so we tried their garlic fries, which weren't much different than their regular fries, so I wouldn't recommend that to others especially since there's an up charge with it. They was only one server working at the time that me and my family came in and it was 13 of us. Other people were there and coming in also. When I tell you with a smile on his face always he took good care of us. He was all over the place. I couldn't pass this by without letting him know how we appreciated him. great chicken sandwich and pommes. bartender very friendly. That's just weird. they'll let you wait to sit on the bar. also the seats are available. pretty stupid idea. waits from the bar to see if something was changed so they could sit me. nothing? and I could sit on the bar?

everyone there was very polite friendly. I had an easy problem, no big problem, and the manager in the service lana was quick to react and take care of it. dana, our waitress was great. would come back.
