I'm concerned this might be a bad sign for Red Robin, as we've already lost quite a few good casual dining options in the area. Terrible experience. I ordered grilled chicken and fries, but the chicken was cold when I received it. When I informed my waitress, she brought me another piece of chicken that was so tough I couldn't even bite into it. To make matters worse, she didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. The condiments were frozen, and overall, it was just a really disappointing experience.

The meal lasted 45 min instead of twenty, just to have the whole order wrong. They got my additional order of the pommes correctly, except they were black and burned to a crack. I'll never go to this place again.

As far as chains go, it's hard to beat Red Robin. Great continuity of experience. The food is always the same and very good. Been at this point twice now and the service at this point seems particularly fast.
