Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My wife and I have worked in food service so we are usually very understanding individuals. Our waitress didn't check on us after we got our food, we never got drink refills and when the manager came over to ask how everything was..he walked away before I could swallow my food to answer him. I'm sorry but this service was terrible, how do you have a table seated for over 40 minutes and not check on them or ask about refills?

Food is consistently good and service is great. The restaurant staff need work. Always enjoy sports while eating the best Pommes round!

Burgers seem smaller and upgrades are needed. I like Red Robin and I know it can be better. Good service as always
