Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I love this Red Robin. My mom is 70 and has Alzheimer's disease. She's in the early stages, but has a hard time getting her words out, so I always order for her, but I also have to try to let her speak for herself, because it's important for her to do so. Anyway, my point in writing this is because she and I go to this location about 2-3 times a month. We always somehow get lucky enough to have Amanda as our server. Amanda is awesome. She knows our orders by heart, which I personally appreciate, because I was a server for 13 years, and I used to pride myself on remembering returning guests' orders. I'm not sure if Amanda knows that my mom has Alzheimer's, but my guess is she can tell there's...

we sat within 5 minutes on time, few customers were there at 4 o'clock. the waitress was nice and appealing. the environment seemed clean and the host was clean with the vacuum cleaner while she had no customers. the bottom would be the personal sitting on the ass, I had to get up to notice that we had to go. I think only 1 waitress mastered the place while two others did nothing. when we were gone, the one who sat on her handy decided to stand up and do something. that was good. the waitress was more attentive when we received food and had offered refill.

We left after 30 minutes without being seated. The restaurant had very few tables seated but told us it would be 20-30 minute wait. Apparently the kitchen was prioritizing filling takeout orders and in restaurant customers were second priority.

What a wonderful experience tonight! You don't always get great service in these times but we just did! We had a Fantastic waiter Hussien! Never missed a beat! Best Ever! We'll be back and request him!
