We ordered two different burgers and two kinds of bacon, but it seemed like we ended up with bacon that came straight from a fast-food chain. The wait for our drinks was also excessive; I ended up having to go to the bar myself, and even then, the bartender had to come out from behind the bar to bring our drinks to the table. To make matters worse, my girlfriend ended up feeling sick, and when I tried to settle the bill, the server took an eternity to come back, leading to some discrepancies. I know this is a franchise, but it was truly disappointing overall.
Last visit I don't think I took any pictures because I was starving. Food was amazing! I believe we had the same bartender take care of us as some of the other reviewers. Very friendly and on top of refills and asking if we needed anything. Only concern was the bathrooms weren't in tip top shape. This could very well be that we were one of the last people in the restaurant and it was the end of the night. Overall, Red Robin is probably my go too place to eat in this area. Love the food.
My server Corey drank a glass of beer and set it open to tables next to customers. She was drunk and spoke loudly with her staff about drinking on the job. She was drunk when she served us and was not aware at all. She welcomed us with ?sorry that I forgot everything? when she came to the table and was clear? not in the right mind. She made us all feel so uncomfortable.
