Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Airport-florence/ Erlanger

It’s obvious that all the remodel money went towards the lobby. Everything in the room that could rust was rusted. The bathroom was questionable at best (dirty cracking grout, dirty walls, stained/dirty looking tub, chunks of paint missing, door falling apart, mirror dirty). Beds “appeared” to be clean, that would be the only positive. Room slept 4 yet was only stocked 2 towels. Had to ask the desk for a remote for the tv and a do not disturb sign. Staff was not very friendly. Halls were hot and humid with no airflow. We could not use the pool as it had not been properly maintained. Will never stay or recommend someone to stay here again. I give the room 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt. The hotel clearly needs major renovations and repair. The bathroom had mold everywhere and smelled like mold. Not very clean, either. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near airport and right off highway. However, good luck if you're on the bottom floor. Pain in the butt to walk around with large suitcases.

Well it was an emergency overnight. Otherwise, no way. Now that I have stayed there, I'm sure I won't again. The room wasn't the cleanest, but for a two start, it was to be expected, kind of. The Washroom was bad, and that's why my review is low. I survived it, and that's it. Good

Great location, good staff, but that all gets ruined by one thing.....ROACHES! UNREAL! NOT IN THE ROOM 5 MINS KILLED ONE THEN ANOTHER COME RUNNING OUT FROM UNDER THE FRIDGE! Old food beside the fridge.

I always know what I’m getting at Red Roof Inn. I love their clean floors—no nasty carpet.
