Red Rooster - Reservar una mesa

Have been here quite a number of times as other members of the family enjoy the food and I am usually happy with it. However, on this occasion I decided to get tea for the family on way home after meeting. Arrived home to find one meal missing. Left the rest of food with family so they could have their meal. Took receipt and spoke to staff and manager. Was asked why hadn't brought whole order back and explained. Said they could do nothing without whole order coming back. Did not make sense to bring back wife and children's food. If I wanted to be dishonest could have removed something any time I said. Was told well that was how it was. No apology, no refund, no chance of getting the missing...

What happened to the old Red Rooster where the chicken was so fresh and succulent?? Chicken salt on your fresh crispy chips?!Chips weren't event cooked through and the chicken roast and burger was extremely dry! They ran out of coleslaw I had to go to KFC to get some plus the service was ridiculously slow. My order took 15 minutes! Then I got home and sauces were missing and my mate got given the wrong burger!We went back not amused and had to wait another 10 minutes for it plus get coleslaw from kfc. Waste of time. We're sticking to KFC from now on.You spend money on a new sign.. Maybe spend it on training and quick efficient service next time.

A reliable franchise which matches the publics expectation... however is it my or are chickens getting VERY small ... as a classic quarter is miniscule... come on guys where has the value for money gone... your truth in advertising - yep it was a quarter of a chicken , but the chicken was smaller than any chook you'd buy

Last night I had the Classic meal and 5 hours later diarriah left me constantly visiting the toilet all night. NO sleep and feeling really unwell this morning. Still unwell 24 hours later. Normally I love Red Rooster but this episode has left me extremely wary of visiting any others,

They crucified the chook, the chips where cold and all in all it was dreadful....Horrible little dirty creasy joint
