When I lived here before often came here or used drive through & had good food friendly helpful staff serving us ...staff were rude when I refused to eat the food which was well below any fast food standard you care to name ... Not happy won't use again unless I know it has new management & staff front of counter & cooking etc if they can't cook it don't keep them & if the quality of food is that low where are they cutting corners others I've been to recently have the usual good tasting high quality food .. Not dried out rubbish tasting stuff.. Oh & helps if they can get the order given them right as well !
I ordered delivery .At first it looked good value for money,until I started to eat.chips soggy.corn rotten only noticed after i ate most of the Cobb. Chicken dry.apple tarts full os cinnamon and sugar.Gravy was watery and as salty as sea water.But what took first prize for awfulness was the roast potatoes. Dry and stale is an accurate description but somehow its not enough it tasted worse than that.I threw all the food out.First and last time .and i am having trouble getting rid of the horrible taste in my mouth.
The food in this particular restaurant is putting shame to the name Red Rooster.I went threw the drive threw a couple of days ago, I ordered a Power pack only to be filled with disgust and confusion. My gravy tasted like absolute FAKE rubbish! My chicken smelt weird and the chips didn't taste like Red rooster chips at all. If anything this restaurant is just a charcoal chicken jacking the name to get more service. GROSS!

The gravy tasted like fake garbage, the chicken had a strange smell, and the chips did not taste like Red Rooster chips at all. It seems like this restaurant is just using the Red Rooster name to attract more customers, but the food is gross.

The management at this restaurant are really awful to deal with. Contacting the complaints department is even worse, the lot of them are combative and condescending. It's a simple thing to serve a single meal, it's okay for customers to complain about it, especially if the food handling is substandard.
Dropped in at this branch of Red Rooster which is located outside the Brimbank Shopping centre and chose the BLT Smash Wrap. The smash was smashed avocado. The wrap was really tastey with some crunch in the form of bacon.No complaints except the female staff attendant who looked sloppily dressed.
I was in the area and was quite hungry so dropped in for a meal. I noticed a new menu item "chicken pie" so I order the chicken pie meal. It was actually quite good but the chips could have been crunchier.

Good turn around time, chips are fresh and it's great that there aren't many people in there, they deliver too. But yeah bit stingy on the sauce in burgers/rolls.
The burgers are yum so are the strip subs a tad pricey but love the chips also the cheese nuggets are great
