My experience with customer service at this restaurant was terrible and the worst. As an Uber driver, I found it frustrating that they only served drive-through customers. I had to wait each time I came to pick up orders, and the staff kept ignoring me when I asked for assistance. Today was the worst experience yet, as I had to wait for only buttermilk chicken wings. I advise others to avoid this place, as I hope other Uber drivers will also steer clear of picking up orders from here. It's disappointing that the restaurant is registered with Uber but their staff refuses to serve when drivers come to pick up orders.

Visited Red Rooster for the first time to try out their new recipe of fried chicken, which my Filipino friends claim to be “close to the famous Jollibee fast-food chicken in the Philippines”. The chicken was good (not even close to Jolibee IMO), even though it took a long time to arrive The Carlton store is small but nicely presented. The staff are very friendly and polite. It’ll be better if customers can see the ordered items on the cashier screen and given receipts.

Good menu but could do with a little more training for the new staff. Saying I don't know really isn't helping anyone. The experienced worker did try to help. Overall good menu and service.

They seriously need to improve the quality control. First two times when ordered, fried chicken were absolutely the best. Third time it was so bad we just threw it away. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely horrendous experience. I order a basic delivery and came back with absolutely nothing. hours of my time wasted. Absolutely do not go to this place.

Absolutely avoid this place to order through online. They prefer to make orders for drive through and give the food to them instead of delivery drivers

I would have given stars, but you ran out of burger buns so my wife complained to me all night. Thanks for the experience. Still, not bad overall!

The food was good but the restaurant dirty and worn out with food and rubbish under the table.

roasted meals for what a bargain minutes later meals were still hot tasty going back more
