4 of us called in for a late dinner recently. We all ordered separately. It seemed to take ages to prepare our orders as the small team served us and the cars in the drive thru meaning that 20 mins was super busy. All was...going well, we sympathised with the front counter girl, Kaitlin, who was doing her best and was very pleasant, then the manager shouted from the bowels of the kitchen to an unfortunate member of the staff elsewhere in the building I know you 've finished but you 'll have to stay later and I can 't pay you! Didn 't like that.
Been here a number of times there food is getting worse for on there chickens are the size of pigeons for $13.00 woolworths or coles $7.95 fresh there chips sometimes like chewing on cardboard never hot and fresh there garlic bread is microwave like eating...old socks $8.00 for quater chicken and chips ripp of had enoudgh there are pubs everywhere with $10.00 meals now and fresh
I couldn't wait for this trip to try the Aussie Half Chicken with Chips, Gravy, Mash, and Coleslaw. It was simply sensational. Nothing over the top, just perfectly juicy, well-cooked grilled chicken that was very tasty. Sometimes, the simplest places are the best. They have updated their menu to be more modern. The dinner had a great taste and was very simple.
We have used this Red Rooster, by delivery. The service and ease of ordering is very good. The food is always on time hot and very tasty, the chicken is moist not dry and well cooked, as all other food items. The delivery drivers have...very good customer service. We will continue to order from them

The roast chickens are delicious, but the burgers need improvement. They are too expensive and the patties are not made of real chicken. It's important for a restaurant to offer quality options to keep customers happy.
I just called some hot chips during a weekday dinner. I thought the service was a little slow when you don't see any other customers in it. Average food as you would expect.
We had lunch at this restaurant and everything was great except for the gravy, which tasted a bit strange. The restaurant was clean and tidy with fast service.
Came for lunch because I haven't had a Red Rooster for ages. I wasn't disappointed when the food was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I enjoyed my meal but my mother thought that for $10+ there wasn't a lot of chicken it was nearly all peas.
Great combo meals to either eat in or take away. Friendly, helpful staff. Efficient and quick service!
