I've never been a fast food person, but while traveling, I needed something quick and convenient for my kids. We decided to stop here for a quick lunch before continuing our drive to Sydney. I must say, the staff were incredibly friendly and patient, especially because I wasn't very familiar with the menu. One team member, who I believe was named Shayanne, went out of her way to assist me and my children. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our food was fresh and served with a smile. We will definitely be stopping by again on our way home for another snack, and I hope to see her again, as she made our visit very memorable. Great job to the store and staff – you all get a 5-star rating...
G'dayI've been going to Red Rooster over KFC for most of my life now and truly love the rooster rolls, I had ordered 4 and to my surprise received them within 5 minutes. The young girl that had served me I believe her name was Shay, sorry if i got that wrong I'm terrible with names, but she was really lovely and had excellent customer service and love for her work, you could definitely see it. The rolls were steaming as I opened them and were really fresh and had a perfect ratio of sauce and chicken in them.Will definitely be back to this Red Rooster whenever I want to eat it now.Thanks
I ordered from Pimpima on September 27th, and the food was beautifully presented. I even received some treats along with a cute note! Every time I enjoy my meal accompanied by these sweet notes—whether it's just a simple message saying "Enjoy!"—it always impresses me with its amazing presentation and perfect temperature. I believe it might be the same employee who adds these personal touches, and the management should acknowledge the efforts, whether big or small. Thank you to the team who worked tonight!
The chips were overly salty. When we got home, the sauces we requested weren't even the ones we wanted. The burgers take an average amount of time to be served.

My sister and I visit this place almost every day to pick up food for my wonderful autistic nephew. The food is always fresh, just the way he likes it.
