Red Rose Of Chessington

I have lived a few doors away from the red rose for almost 30 years and the restaurant and the quality of eating often enjoyed. in this week we decided to try a disappointment, and I must say it was very disappointing. we are 30 seconds away, but when the food arrived, everything was warm, rice, curries, brot and samosas. neither curry was spectacular and the lamb samosa was tasteless, honestly I do better at home. whether there was a change of the cook that knows, but this was not what I expected based on previous experiences mike summers

Food was great be it they forgot my partners order of the chicken shaslick and when it came was not as sizzled as usual as rushed. The service was poor because only 2 waiters and one was taking phone orders all the time and the others English was not the best. Be it we will just call for delivery next time.

Slightly pricey Indian restaurant. They do delivery if the order is above £25. I ordered the kebab platter as recommended by the waiter for takeaway. The chicken was cooked to perfection but, the mutton/lamb kebab was a let down. OK place.

for a traditional curry. the starters were tasteless, greasy and swimming in oil. the mains were also very disappointing, but the peshwari nan was good and wobbly bahji was beautiful. it's a costly time waste if I hadn't disturbed.

So much fun!!! We wanted to do some kind of boat ride while visiting the coast in North Wales.
