ordered a milkshake from them on Uber eats at tonight, with an estimated delivery time of half an hour. I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat before I went to bed. the restaurant closes at but it said it would arrive by then so I wasn't too worried. but every ten minutes that passed the estimated arrival time got longer. at I tried to call but it rang out. at half I was ready to go to bed, tried to call again. estimated time of arrival was now midnight. finally, at past midnight, Uber eats just cancelled my order and refunded me without redberry ever actually contacting me themselves. awful service, shame because the food is always lovely but it's not worth the wait at all.

Love this place so much! Become a special place between me and my boyfriend and we come here frequently for nighttime treats. The staff are always kind and the ice cream is brilliant, always changing flavours up and it's so exciting to try them all! Reay good pricing too. We've also ordered waffles from here too and they are just brilliant, really delicious.

I wish I could upload a photo. Ordered a banana split, with whipped cream, ice cream and two different sauces. Cost over £6. A single banana in a box with sauce poured directly onto the cardboard. No sign of any whipped cream and a tub of ice cream. £6. Absolute disgrace. Do not recommend.

No cones. No milk alternatives. Cash only. All in all pretty disappointing.
