Second time in two weeks i tried to rent a movie from this Redbox and the machine was broken. The app allowed me to reserve the movie even though the machine has been broken for two weeks. Had to call and wait on hold for 25 minutes for them to cancel my reservation. They didn't even give me any type of coupon to compensate for my trouble like they usually do. Redbox quality and service is going downhill.
