Red Brick Pizza Cafe

We were staying at the Best Western and saw their ad on the back of the channel list. We were here for a funeral and the day was exhausting, so we ordered 2 pizzas and some breadsticks from the online site for delivery to our hotel room. After an hour, we checked the status and it said it was estimated for delivery by 6:40pm (it was 6:45 at this point). We called and they said they were just waiting for the “dasher” to come pick it up. We waited another 45 minutes and called back, and they asked if we wanted a refund. I’m not sure if they had completely forgotten to make our order or if no one was available to deliver it. My husband had to walk to Panera bread to get us food…and we saw that...

I enjoy the food here, and the staff is very friendly. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. Today, my Rustica pizza was served cold, and my wife's Con Aglio was just as cold. My daughter ordered a veggie pizza, and it was barely warm. They really need to manage cooking times better so that all the food is served hot. My daughter wanted a small brownie with ice cream, so my wife went back to place the order. It took 20-25 minutes to bring out a dessert the size of a sample cup. The staff apologized and acknowledged that there was a mistake, but it was still disappointing. We were the only customers there since lunch was over, so it should have been manageable for three people to...

The staff at this restaurant were superbly friendly and welcoming. The establishment was spotlessly clean with a visually pleasing decor and spacious atmosphere. The pizza and calzone were decent, although I personally prefer Papa John's. The crust seemed frozen or store-bought, lacking the freshly baked quality I would expect from a pizzeria. The toppings were delicious, but the crust was disappointingly flat and chewy. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations for a traditional oven-baked pizza.

Typically, the food here is quite good, but it seems today was an off day. The lemon pepper chicken wings were what I expected, but the standout is definitely her salads and the gelato, which are very tasty. They are usually pretty good. Today must have been a bad day. The lemon pepper chicken wings are the thing to get. Their salads are really good as well as the gelato. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got this. Like I said it must have been an off day.

Every time we come here, it's always a great experience. Both our grandchildren and we love their pizza. Despite my gluten allergy, I have never experienced any sickness after eating at Red Brick, which is a definite bonus!

This restaurant serves the best pizza. The establishment is clean, and the staff is always very friendly. They were even understanding when I forgot my wallet and made sure it was returned to me promptly.
