Redbrick Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I don 't know why I haven 't written a review for Red Brick until now. After all, my family and I have eaten there for well over two years now. As far as local pizza establishments go, we only like Red Brick and Mellow Mushroom. Both have excellent pizza, and we frequent both throughout each month, but my wife (a native Italian citizen) prefers Red Brick 's pizza menu and thinner, more traditional crust. Our favorites include the Rustica, bacon Cheeseburger, Greek, and prosciutto and Arugula pizzas. I ordered a Calzone with Peperoni, Mushroom, and Hamburger for pick up. The told me my order would be ready in about 15 minutes. I stepped out to do a little shopping at the Publix in the same shopping center. I returned to pick up my order and found that the workers seemed very disorganized. They seemed to get into a couple of spats as I stood there waiting. I had been waiting for about 10 minutes when a couple came in after I did. One of the cashiers immediately waited on that couple and continued to ignore me. I had to ask them for my order to which they told me it was not done yet. Tried it for the first time on a Saturday night when everyone is indoors during COVID-19. I ordered a small gourmet works for pickup because my roommates earlier got the works as well. The pizza was definitely a small for $10+$3 tip. The toppings were fine, the sauce was almost nonexistent, and crust was hard. It looked a bit overcooked. HOWEVER, all of that was fine until my roommate and I both got EXPLOSIVE diarrhea at 3am and that kept us going back to the bathroom for hours. Definitely not coming back. Also just a tip, during COVID, if a restaurant's produce go bad because business is slow during the week please throw it out. Thank you!

Awesome crew and fantastically delicious pizza. It tastes much better than close by pizza places in the area. I have no knowledge on how to make a one, but I sure do know that this place makes a very good pizza. Opinions are subjective and I respect other customers opinions even if theirs differ from mine. Location in Enterprise is perfectly convenient and relatively safe. I hope RedBrick pizza continues to serve their fine product for a long time to come. Reserva una mesa ahora

Pizza was average, salad was delicious, gelato was good. This restaurant does not live up to the brick oven standard in my opinion. It was a clean establishment with friendly staff. Overall I gave it 3 stars because the pizzia lacked flavor and the ingredients seemed on the same scale as a pizza hut or dominos. Prices were steep. Over 20 dollars for a medium pizza and a salad.

Really good salads and pretty good pizza for the South. The only downside is half of the building is closed off. It would have been nice to spread out and not be so close to the oven and register/takeout traffic. We will definitely be back

Safe your time and money and go up the street to mellow mushroom. Better pizza, better service for the same price. I understand being understaffed and didn't mind the wait but not for gross pizza like this.

This is one of my favorite pizza places around this area! They have really great pizza made with fresh ingredients! I wish they had one in Dothan I'd eat there everyday! Reserva una mesa ahora
