Redstone American Grill Bridgewater

It was the menu which drew me and it did not disappoint. The seared tuna app was so good, we doubled up on it. As promoted, it was a large enough portion to share, but we both wanted more, so we ordered another. The hamburgers came out as ordered: rare and medium rare. I requested a slice of raw onion and am pleased to report it was an ample slice; not a razor thin slice as most restaurants these days put out. Service was perfectly delightful motivating me to leave a larger tip. We went for a Monday lunch when it was not crowded, so we cannot comment on noise level which is extremely important as we like to sit and enjoy our meals with quiet intimate conversation. The Redstone provides a very relaxing environment with a great looking bar and comfortable booths. The noise level is below most other restaurants at the Bridgewater Mall. The service was prompt and there were multiple follow up's to Mack certain that we were comfortable and received what we ordered. We were not rushed and drinks, appetizers, and main course were spread out very well. We both had the prime rib dinners. The meat was cooked as ordered and the sides were delicious.

Four of us had brunch selections, while the others had a chicken sandwich and a Thai salad. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the service was very good, except I was not asked if I wanted my coffee refilled, and we had to ask for water in addition to our paid drinks.
