Oscar is a very nice delivery person and always has been. However, I placed an order online on December 10th and they didn't have eggplant. I asked for a credit back but didn't get it. I called the restaurant and was told to go online to get my credit.I went online two times to request a refund and still nothing. I called again today and was told to call at 10 and ask for themanager. I don't like getting a run around. They owe me $17.40 since December 10th. I will never order from that deli again BUTI will get my money back. I tried to do it the nice way but i'm forced to dispute the charge on my credit card and leave a badreview. After trying to get my refund several times online, I called the online payment services they use, and was told theydidn't have the password to credit me back. After a whole month of waiting for a refund, i disputed the charge with my creditcard company. VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR MEAL BEFORE PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOURMONEY.
