Reed's Dairy Boise

Been here a few times now and the jury is out we love it! Great local ice cream shop with great employees. The staff is always super friendly. The ice cream selection is outstanding and you can truly taste the difference in the homemade quality of theirs. Inside is typical ice cream shop with lots of tables to sit at and every time is always very clean. They have several locations throughout the Treasure Valley this one just so happens to be the one we have most frequented. They also have other things besides homemade ice cream. They sell their milk and my favorite their chocolate milk is amazing! Plus cheeses and other dairy selections. They also have a limited food menu but in a pinch a hope bowl of soup and a homemade grilled cheese sandwich is always a good thing...great local company that everyone should support.

This place is a great locals place to come grab ice cream. Rich, creamy and smooth. Real quality rich ice cream. I ordered the big daddy and one scoop was a decent size. The waffle cone is great option too. Don’t forget the whip cream. Make it sundae option if that suits your fancy. Customer service is top notch as well. They also offer grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch. Come here to try your next outing with the fam !

Slowest and worst drive thru in town. I waited 22 mins on a Saturday afternoon!!! There was 1 guest inside and 1 car in front of me. I could see the two girls inside working and not hurrying at all. Freaking ridiculous service. Also, says open til 10pm but I drove by last night and it was 931pm and their open sign was off. Do not waste your time.

A fun place with not just your run-of-the-mill ice cream and sherbet flavors. Mexican Hot Chocolate, or licorice anyone!
