Expectations are a bit higher at this venue due to its ' prestige. This was also our New Years outing so we were excited to have a great dinner out. Our server neglected to mention at the time of ordering that one of our dishes was no longer available. A substituted dish was dropped off at our table leaving us wondering if there was a mistake. After some confusion it got sorted out and the substitute was taken off our bill and sent back to the kitchen. My main dish wasn 't outstanding by any stretch. Our server made what was an unfortunate experience more tolerable. Reflections had overbooked reservations, so we were asked to wait 30 minutes for our table, which ultimately became 55 minutes. By the time we were finally sat, they were out of several items on the menu – food and drinks alike. Each time we used the bathroom near the front, we would wade through the several parties of people who were waiting and complaining about their wait. Since it was New Year's Eve, we felt bad that this restaurant created less-than-ideal nights for people who were there to celebrate and ring in the new year. This was horrible. Reservation made weeks ago. We arrive at at 7pm (15 mins before our reso) and we proceed to wait over an hour for our “reserved” table only to be sat at the worst possible spot in the whole restaurant after requesting something nice for a special occasion on the reservation. It took over an hour after that to have any drinks brought over. It made us late for the next reservation we had at 9:30 pm. I Didnt get to eat anything as the service was abysmal. We had a reservations for New Year’s Eve and upon arrival we were told they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. We waited for around half an hour to then be basically told we would not be getting into the restaurant before they did last call on food and drinks at 10:30 pm, our reservation was for 9:30 pm. We befriended another couple in the lineup with a similar situation but a 9:45 pm reservation, they were staying at the hotel and we were not, they ended up getting in and were sat at a table for 4 and they were kind enough to invite us to join them, otherwise we would not have got in as that’s what we were being told when this couple came back to invite us to join them. We had a reservation for 7.30pm on NYE . When we arrived we got informed it was going to be 10-15 minutes late. 1 hour later we finally got seated. Host and management very unsympathetic about the situation with everyone’s reservations being a hour behind. Server was pleasant but very very slow The decorations were very festive and pretty but drinks overpriced and overall a disappointing experience
Terrible place reserved a high table for 7 30 pm and wasn’t seated until 8 30 pm. Menu consisted of 4 mains, limited vegetarian items. By the time my girlfriend and I were seated we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get a high table. Drinks were overpriced for what you were getting. Definitely will not come back here again
We had a really bad experience here for nye, booked in advance a group of friends of mine and when we get there they just say that had a problem with the reservation and they can’t having us, without sending any email or letting us know, at Dec 31 10pm they completely ruined our nye dinner
New year eve was a busy day and understandable that people stay longer than usual. We had to wait another 30 min to get our seats and the price was pricer than I thought! Overall, it was pretty good!
