Refuge Du Grammont

A big disappointment. Manuel is unfriendly, stressful and has no sense of welcome. He shouldn't do this job serving the public, he's clearly not made for that. On their site it says “with pleasure and good humor”. This is purely a lie. The waitress, on the other hand, raises the level by herself because she is cheerful and very professional. Unfortunately, it's not enough to set foot there again one day.

Really rubbish. I only have bad words for this place. Twice we wanted to take a seat but we were not “accepted”. The place they had because, everything follows after us, they accepted another couple! They leave us outside with our baby in the cold. (The baby was not an extra place; it could very well have been on one of us) Horrible really, I'll never set foot there again. NULL

The food is excellent, the location is great. Be careful with the service, the team doesn't seem to know how to manage customer contact, we really have the impression of being a nuisance, of being too much and that the sooner we leave, the better. Don't come for the friendly side, you won't get it, come for the place and the meal.

Accueil sympathique, serviable, passionné de cuisine, carte originale, claire et cuisine maison. On se sent vraiment bien. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu dormir (fermeture hebdomadaire) mais nous reviendrons là et uniquement dans cet établissement au Lac Tanay. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent welcome. Refuge restored. Magnificent site, ideal for swimming and hiking. Negative points: Noisy in the evening, poor sound insulation. No honey or fruit for breakfast (yet a local specialty). The fondue was thick, floury, indigestible.

We only stopped at the cafe. Very warm welcome in a magnificent setting. Mulled wine is “killer”. The menu is very attractive. Everything makes you want to come and spend a few days there...
