O Restaurante Refúgio em Paraty-RJ é uma excelente opção. Belo ambiente externo com mesas grandes e cadeiras rústicas. A noite, o ambiente fica com linda decoração, luzes indiretas formam um ar romântico. Na parte interna, poucas mesas, decoração rústica e religiosa. Ótimo atendimento, ótima música acústica voz e violão. Cardápio variado com frutos do mar, massas e carnes. (150,00 a 200,00 por prato). Não deixe de provar a paçoca de banana com filé de Robalo ou Linguado. Localizado na Praça das Bandeiras, bem em frente ao cais das escunas (barcos) de passeios.

Terrible customer service and commitment. We had made a reservation for 8pm which was ignored by the house. Mistakes happen, but the succession of errors was maintained. In addition to having to prove the existence of the reservation several times, the owner, who welcomed us, did nothing to accommodate the 15 people. We stayed until 10pm without tables and not even the drinks came. There was not the slightest effort on the part of the house. Terrible. We were well attended to by Sabrina, it's worth highlighting.

We were deceived! It's not happy hour, but sad and bad hour!! The 2 x 1 drinks were not honored, the starter, a tiny bruschetta with half a slice of sliced bread, was more expensive than the main course and the seasoning seemed like artificial ones with glutamate. Overall it was reasonable, but a restaurant at this level should be more careful. They put us at a table close to the bar which was naturally noisy. To make matters worse, there was a large trash can where people opened it without any care about the noise. God awful O Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
