The Spanish rolls have a buttery flavor, a soft texture with a chewy center, and excellent flaky layers. They are everything you could want in a loaf of bread. To tell you the truth, I have no idea how I got through life without them. Additionally, they produce fresh Ube Pandesal every day.

Totally awesome as always! Understandably the prices went up, but still ono Filipino food! Quality still there, friendly service and always let's there customer's know fresh ones well be ready soon! Every time I have a doctor's appointment over there, I pick up food there!

Haven't been here for awhile, but luckily I did. Zippy's no longer makes butter rolls, so yelped who does and this is the place that was recommended. But I always enjoyed their Spanish rolls, noticed have all types of other pastries, pies
