Relais Chantovent - Reservar una mesa

We come to this restaurant every year when we visit my sister in the south of France and it never ceases to impress. All the staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The setting is wonderful and the view form the terrace is impressive. This year we went mad and had the gourmet menu - 8 courses I believe but we got to taste so many different dishes on the menu that way. All the other menus are good though. The one thing I always have is the white sangria as an aperitif - what a way to start an amazing meal. It is important to book especially if you wish to sit on the terrace, but you will not be disappointed by the whole experience !! Cant wait for next year!

What a splendid terrace overlooking Brian's Gorges. Too bad that the orange canvas that protects from the sun does not allow to make correct photos. The kitchen is inventive, the ratio quality friendly price (menus to 29 and 44€ . Salted money served at the aperitif was well realized with its onions, spices and grilled poppy. My tataki tuna was perfect and I highly recommend it. The chocolate cast was accompanied by a homemade hazelnut ice cream and it was excellent.

We've been here for two years! And we'll be back. The quality of the products is there and the staff with small onions with us! If I have to recommend a place to my entourage to try it is the relay Chantovent! of what to treat, change and spend a pleasant moment! No long or fast service, just what it takes. Little special mention to the young waitress who took care of us Monday 11/07 at night! pleasant, warm and attentive during his service! Thank you Chantovent

With my friend, we're having fun. The next day, we took my daughter, my son-in-law and my two little girls. Everyone was enchanted. They come from the region, but they didn't know. local products, elaborate cuisine, gourmet, than good surprises, a warm welcome, and a very beautiful setting. I'll tell you. I'll trust you when I'm around. Don't change and especially no star in the guide. You're better.

Reservations are a must, and it is definitely worth the time and the drive up through the hills. We had a fantastic lunch on the terrace. Each element of the prix fix lunch was a scrumptious work of art! We were two couples and ordered different options, and all were delicious, as was the local rosé. We will definitely go back again on our next visit to the Minervois.

5 stars for all: a restaurant with a beautiful terrace located in an absolutely superb village. The reception is warm and professional, the dishes are very good and the reasonable prices for quality. Thank you for this great experience!

Excellent table. Entrees, dishes and desserts made home, remarkable. Excellent reception. Table not to be missed in the region. Book in high season several days in advance (this is really good sign).

A treat! A nice surprise discovered during our trip to Minerve that enchanted us. A gastro, fresh and tasty cuisine, a pleasant service, and a view from the terrace. We had a great time.

Great restaurant. I think it's one of the best I've been doing high-quality price. It is succulent, very beautiful view and service is irreproachable. I recommend!
