I have visited the aerodrome and restaurant several times in the past, and always been pleased with the food and service. This time however, it was a disaster.A surly, spotty youth pointed me to a table in the bar for lunch, where I waited 5 minutes for a menu, then decided to collect one myself. I waited another 10 minutes to place my order while he attended a family which had sat down AFTER me. The usual waiter, and older man who appeared cheerful and efficient by comparison, was unfortunately busy serving in the restaurant next door.By the time 20 minutes had passed, I was noting the times for this report.
