If you pass that way, stop without hesitation. the reception is nice, the sanitary measures impec. and then if you want a trout, choose this dish. A pure wonder. Bleed, fleshy, cooked to perfection. while it's cevenolle episodes, I ask to go to the toilet but as I don't consume and I haven't centered on them I'm denied access to the toilet.
