we stayed at the esplanade resort and spa for a short break and were amazed to find the restaurant was not open for breakfast or lunch and not open for dinner on Monday night! we booked on Tuesday night, but when we were. to the time our table had been given to a walkable diner. then we had to wait for a table over an hour. Of course, bookings do not count for everything in this restaurant. because there is no nice waiting zone, we went back to our room to wait. when we finally got a table, it was very good to eat. the service was different, however! we are sorry that the waiting staff is regularly sent to the wrong tables with the wrong meal times! this is probably one of these restaurants...

After eating here this week with the family visiting from Melbourne we were astounded. From the second you walk through the the doors the atmosphere is so formal yet relaxed, with a beautiful setting and extremely friendly staff it was definitely the way to start...the night off Upon being seated we noticed the beautiful outdoor area that looked a treat for those summer nights (we will be back for one of those), with a menu for everyone's fussy appetites this night was a blast With the variety of food arriving from pastas to curries and pizza I must say even the beef salad was amazing, and to finish the night off the sticky date was huge and oh so good! Will definitely be returning soon

My partner and I ate at this restaurant as we had vouchers through Luxury Escape. The restaurant wasn’t busy with only a few tables occupied. We ended up waiting about an hour for our food to come out. It also seemed like all the other...tables were waiting on food too. The waitress was very helpful and kept apologising for the delay. When our meals were eventually brought out to our table, the waitress offered us dessert on the house. Overall, the meal was delicious (we ordered the Lamb Rump and Seafood Pie) however slightly overpriced if we had to pay the full amount.

With better management, this place could improve drastically. Our waitress, who seemed inexperienced, lacked knowledge of the menu and often made mistakes with our orders. The poor girl struggled to handle multiple tasks and had difficulty accommodating guests' requests. At one point, a fellow diner had issues with their meal and the coffee machine was not working. Overall, the restaurant's service and food left much to be desired. We will not be returning and do not recommend dining here. Reserva una mesa ahora

My husband and I stayed at Bellevue on the Lakes over the Queen's Birthday long weekend with our 5 children. We stayed in the 3-bedroom waterview apartment and it was fantastic! Checking in was easy and the apartment looked just like the photos. We loved the layout of the apartment and everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool every day. We highly recommend Bellevue on the Lakes to anyone and hope to visit again soon!

The room was gorgeous and cozy. It was a bit difficult carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs to our king spa suite. The staff seemed to be either unavailable at the front desk or very busy, so we had to figure out a lot of things on our own, such as the wifi and finding alternate routes to our room. Despite these challenges, we would definitely consider staying here again.

After reading all the reviews was a bit concerned eating here. I had the fish and prawns and was pleasantly surprised. Friends had rump steak and lamb dishes and everyone enjoyed their meal. We did have to wait an hour for our meal but they...took our order quite early. The service was also very good.

ordered garlic bread and came out without garlic. for two and 45 minutes later, a 5-course boot banquet was ordered, which did not receive the first cursor so that we came out of the personal without asking. dreadful service go somewhere else for her to eat. Reserva una mesa ahora

good atmosphere, service good, eating was good size and reasonable quality (myhun was a bit hard, but very tasteful). fish was good. limited selection of wein, but the tambo cab sav was very nice if they like a red. reasonable price

I'm not sure what's going on here but almost everything is a deep fried pre made food. Hardly restaurant quality like what you would expect from a R.S.L. Definitely won't go back
