LONG COMMENT ALERT I have been a client of Renu day Spa for over two years now. I never thought I would give a 1 star to them as it is one of my favorite spa places until this Saturday (12/11/2021) and I also recommended this place to some of my friends . I usually go for massage services and this entire year I tried only hydra facial almost every month from Feb. my regular aestheticians were Gina, Adriana, Elizabeth, Isabella (I’m sorry if I typed the names wrong). I had an Ahhhmazing Facial experience with Gina. I picked her based on some previous reviews and she did not disappoint. I did a discovery facial and she advised me on what would be appropriate for my skin type. She was super nice, just so sweet and really excellent at what she does!! I’ve never felt so relaxed. She even included a hand and foot massage as a part of my facial! She took her time and really addressed my concerns and made me super comfortable! Well worth the money! I wanted to be able to wear my wimpers without mascara, and she made them more lucid, longer and more black. I love her so much! and then many thanks to izabella, who did my eyebrows tone, offered me a wonderful advice and attention to my browsing needs! sara the recipeist is always on her a game, catering on customer needs! and jacque, the owner is a true gentleman and very customer oriented service! love this place! I work here too!
Angela did my organic facial and she was AMAZING! She altered the facial to meet my skin needs and it was so relaxing too! She gets a 10/10. I am excited to see her next month for a hydra facial which is her recommendation for my skin. The actual place is outdated. And strong smells of chemical nail polish. They don't accept credit tip (which is fine) but with COVID and the way other salons accept quick pay in Venmo it's disappointing they don't offer that. Very ancient times I think this place would do well with some updates.

Had a nice couples massage here. However, it didn’t exactly blow my mind. It’s a very busy nail salon also, so there’s a lot of noise right outside the door, so not exactly tranquil, picture a mall style massage. They don’t accept tips as part of your bill, so has to be cash or check. But they happily point you to the chase bank nearby. It was nice, but I probably wouldn’t come back.
I had a wonderfully relaxing facial treatment that helped alleviate my painful hormonal acne. The staff provided great advice on how to manage future breakouts. I didn't experience any overly bright redness afterward, even after extractions. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of their service!
The restaurant is always clean, and I appreciate that I can easily book my appointments through their website. They use Dazzle Dry polish, which is healthier for my nails and lasts longer than other options.
I got the In The Zone , which is a facial and massage. It was lovely. The place was clean. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I recommend Renu.

This restaurant was amazing! It had a calming and refreshing atmosphere. A truly wonderful place!
