Republic - Reservar una mesa

I could not find a single reason to not give the food 5 stars ...... I mean unbelievable, every bite was as good as the next. I have been to many quality restaurants and I think I found my new favorite gem hidden right there in Bloomfield, it's going to be a bit pricey but you are definitely getting what you paying for.

We were here before and it was so good that we had to come back! The atmosphere is eclectic and cozy, the food is excellent! The bacon wrapped dates...wow! All right! I recommend The Republic! Make sure you get the Baked Alaska!

I love this restaurant. The food is good and plentiful. Brussels shoots are delicious and they even serve Baked Alaska, which is hard to find nowadays. But her best is her staff. Very nice!

Seriously one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. The whole food was amazing, excellent service and the manager was also great. Very recommended.
