I'm a critical person... even in good situations I usually notice what might have been better. Tonight, my wife shared the HOME WRECKA Starter and the MEATLOAF. For my taste this was not better... delicious, generous, excellent. Our service was also top-notch. I asked about the design beer and the waiter offered a sample of one, but brought a sample of both, and very generous pouring. I wasn't thrilled either, and my wife wanted something smaller than a pint. After he first said that Pint was all they had, the waiter used, then she offered a 1/2 glass that he only had an open element for half the price. Simple, pleasant, but not too often nowadays.
Republica was fantastic! As someone with a very restrictive diet and several nutritional sensitivities (not allergies), I was thrilled to find four main dishes and two appetizers on the menu that I could choose from. They source high-quality, locally raised ingredients, which are often hard to come by! The server was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me modify my meal to avoid any problematic foods. Everything we tried was delicious and surprisingly affordable for the quality. I highly recommend it! And I have to mention the walnut pesto... it was absolutely out of this world!
Republica is a true gem! I recently asked my friends on Facebook if they had dined there and what they thought of it. Seventeen of my friends responded, all with positive feedback—no negatives at all. One friend even mentioned it was among his top five favorite spots to eat. After experiencing it for myself, I totally get it! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was attentive, and the owners were incredibly friendly and kind. Republica, we will definitely be back!
I love this place! Yesterday was my 3rd visit and it just keeps getting better and I didn't think that was possible! I especially like that there are items on the menu you can't find anywhere else. I had the spaghetti squash with red cabbage slaw, black beans, guac! Outstanding!

This place is a hidden gem! I visited on Friday for a double celebration, and we all loved our meals! I ordered the special seapan, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! Our waiter, Steve, was attentive and had a great sense of humor! I can't wait to return!
Unbelievable entrees and appetizers. So many different flavors, ingredients and thoughts are put into each dish. Excellent gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options as well. Try the roasted cauliflower!!!
The best place in southeastern Michigan, enjoy wonderful food and people watching. Everytime I go I try something new. Its will worth time to go and well worth the time to wait for table.
Stopped in on my way home from Detroit Kid City and was not let down. Everything was delicious and our waiter was super friendly. I live close to an hour away but will definitely be back.

Excellent food, great service, awesome environment. The beet burger was beyond incredible and the kale Cesar salad was to die for. Great gem in Berkley.
Loved the blueberry margarita and the perfectly done lamb burger!
