This coffes shop cantine de République has a balanced and tasteful menu that will satisfy both lovers of good food, as well as vegetarians, vegans, sweet beaks and I pass. I only tested the California bowl and the banana bread gluten-free but it's enough to give me a real taste to come back! This bowl is made up of safried rice, young shoots, red cabbage, black beans, sweet potatoes and beta. All elements are perfectly balanced and everything is simply good, very good!
to the breakfast and fell in love. the menu has a lot of delicious sounding options, so it is definitiw difficult to choose. I had the cinnamon bowl and a luff. I was not really sure what to expect with the cinnamon dish, but wow it was amazing. light and delicious. only sweet enough. it really filled me, but it wasn't that hard of a meal I felt blooming or sick. my friend had the yogurt bowl. i rate 8
Very nice place, everything was very good, very well presented, generous quantities, a party for breakfast. Beautiful and welcoming waitress. We took the bowl of yoghurt granola, a latte matcha (not fan but it's personal, I never jumped and I'm not a green tea fan a coffee with milk and a croissant.
Great address with a wide choice for vegan and vegetarian, the place is bright, employees are pleasant and fast service. The dishes are very good and quite copyy, I recommend! The place is cozy and friendly, the staff is welcoming and benevolent, and the prices are very correct. Small bonus for the laté charcoal (Photo below) that I have not seen anywhere else in Paris. Small flat however, the room is very noisy.
Breakfast at the top of the top but take away for much less hearty lunch... 15 euros for 3 salad leaves and 2 slices of raw salmon... Better to prioritize meals on site, the quantities seem more generous!
We took the brunch formula at 25€, including a choice dish, granola, filter coffee and orange juice. It was very good. I recommend

Everything is good and the service is very hot. I highly recommend, test the huevos rancheros and the vanilla charcoal latte!
