We have tried both vegan breakfast options and coffee with oat drink. The portions were relatively small, but attractive and delicious! The staff seemed quite stressed to us and therefore unfortunately unfriendly, although the restaurant was not even half visited. Nevertheless recommended for vegan breakfast!
We read that this was the oldest coffee house in Weimar. We were bitterly disappointed. The coffee was burnt and served slopped over the saucer. The scrambled eggs were fine. One positive was there was gluten-free bread for my gluten-free friend. Do not go here if you value good coffee!
We had a family lunch here and the food was delicious. Portion size was generous and the service was attentive and friendly. The food is not gourmet but proper German and Thuringian dishes. Prices are very reasonable.

We came based on a recommendation and were extremely disappointed. The service was poor and slow and the food mostly cold and tasteless. Maybe for coffee/drinks only ok.
