Restaurant Ach'i

We informed the service personnel that I am extremely allergic to seafood and ordered a dish that usually comes with fish sauce without fish sauce. The waiting staff assured us that this would not be a problem, even after we told them that there is a risk for me to die, and assures us when they served us that there was no fish sauce. One, fortunately very small taste, was enough to confirm that they got things badly wrong and I had to ask half an hour whether I would die or not. Fortunately, I had only a slight reaction that corresponds to an asthma attack, but I coughed blood all night and three days later have wet lungs and breathing problems. The restaurant could not have been maintained less. They crumbled and crumbled “what do you want us to do about it?” The answer was "not poison me". The lesson is not to go here if you have allergies or if you book for a group where you do not all know.

Absolutely terrible. The service is ****, sitting together with someone else, pushed to order as soon as possible, asked for utensils that they answered arrogantly to ask my colleague! , the dishes are either tasteless or they taste the same (as when they came with the same sauce, nothing like Chinese cuisine). For poor service and taste, the price is also very expensive (three dishes two rice two colas) come to 100 CHF. The waiters all looked like you were from the poor, and we are from Switzerland, Zurich. I don't know if this is a Zurich thing, but many waiters and managers here are just rude and arrogant. Do not treat guests in the service industry!

We were really craving some Asian food and we found this spot due to rave reviews from multiple sources. We were pleasantly surprised the reviews are really accurate and the food is really darn good! I 'm very picky about Chinese food and dislike the fake-tasting American Chinese take out . This place has very authentic tasting dishes and a wide array of selections. Dishes tasted like homemade dishes from grandma. The lady who took our order and helped us wasn 't the most friendly, but she wasn 't rude and the food is so worth the trip. Give it a try!

Too small restaurant for too many people, the seats are not cozy. I didn't see a hanger for winter jackets, and we had to keep all the bulky clothes on our rounds or on our side, it made us sit less. At the end we all pressed on a small wooden bench. All the windows were closed because of the winter time, it was so loud inside, I couldn't even hear my friend's voice sitting next to me. Food didn't taste as good as before, some of them no taste and some of them strange taste.

They take orders but are not able to fulfil them on time. Like one hour late on a Saturday when you have made plans.
