Restaurant Ach'i - Reservar una mesa

We informed the service personnel that I am extremely allergic to seafood and ordered a dish that usually comes with fish sauce without fish sauce. The waiting staff assured us that this would not be a problem, even after we told them that there is a risk for me to die, and assures us when they served us that there was no fish sauce. One, fortunately very small taste, was enough to confirm that they got things badly wrong and I had to ask half an hour whether I would die or not. Fortunately, I had only a slight reaction that corresponds to an asthma attack, but I coughed blood all night and three days later have wet lungs and breathing problems. The restaurant could not have been maintained...

Erste Vorspeise war ein Thai Papaya Salat und eine Riesen-Enttäuschung; kein Geschmack mit alten Salatblätter; schrecklich!Dafür waren dann die chineschischen Menü's wirklich gut; das Restaurant serviert gutes und ehrliches chinesisches Essen; nchts unvergessliches aber lecker; die Auswahl ist riesig und die Preise sehr fair , insbesondere weil es grosse Portionen sind.Nicht geeignet für einen romantischen Abend zu zweit dafür umsomehr mit vielen Freunden.Ein Kompliment geht auch an den Kellner, welcher kompetent und freundlich war.Sehr empfehlenswerten für chinesuscjes Essen mit Freunden

Was in Zurich for one day and decided to have dinner here at Achi. Best decision I could have made! The food is absolutely incredible! The flavors are so good and authentic. It is way better than anything comparable back in the States. Had ordered the beef with pepper sauce as well as beef in homemade spicy sauce under authentic recipes. It was to die for! The only bad part is I can't get food from here all the time! Haha Highly recommend if you are looking for Asian cuisine while in Zurich! The staff is also very good, they will take great care of you!

Too small restaurant for too many people, the seats are not cozy. I didn't see a hanger for winter jackets, and we had to keep all the bulky clothes on our rounds or on our side, it made us sit less. At the end we all pressed on a small wooden bench. All the windows were closed because of the winter time, it was so loud inside, I couldn't even hear my friend's voice sitting next to me. Food didn't taste as good as before, some of them no taste and some of them strange taste.

A chaotic restaurant with large tables, you often end up eating with unknown people. The service is quick. The food is good but overpriced given the hectic atmosphere and simple decor. Rice isn't even included. There are better options in Zurich for this price. I will not return.

We came here yesterday for lunch. The service was surprisingly fast and the food was amazing! We had the menus options. The crispy duck was one of the best duck dishes I’ve ever had. Will definitely come again!

Today we spontaneously had dinner at Ach‘i. The atmosphere was pleasant, sociable and no frills, the service was very quick and friendly and we really enjoyed the food! We'd love to come back.

Always a great experience at Achi. I’ve been coming for years and the staff are always so friendly, the food is delicious and even when it’s busy our meals come within 15 minutes

Ordered food via Uber Eats after hearing good reviews from Reddit. But sadly even a basic dish such as sweet and sour chicken was really really disappointing

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Dumplings sind richtig orginal zubereitet. Absolut zum weiter empfehlen.
