The 3 of us had booked for 1900 and arrived early enough to be seated quite quickly, others who arrived about 15-20 mins later were waiting for a table.The Service was a bit slow but this is a large restaurant and very busy. Our orders were taken and between us we had: Roast Camembert, Cod in a saffron sauce (delicious) and Creme Brûlée (also very good). Gaspacho soup, Cassoulet and Creme Brûlée. We booked here on a recommendation from our b&b owners. Had a lovely meal here with 5 of us eating from the 16€ menu & 2 from the 24€ menu. The food was tasty , served quickly & beautifully presented. The house wine was very pleasant. All the younger staff were lovely, and appreciated our attempts at French, the one slightly older lady didn't look too impressed with us at times as we ordered extra drinks & an extra dessert for one of the younger members of our party, and was keen to ensure we realised the extra dessert would be charged for ( which we did). Her attitude has lost a star for the place which would have otherwise gained the full 5.
Consistently good food and good service. My wife and I have visited Carcassonne and particularly La Cite many times over the last 15 years. During our most recent visit we ate in L'Adelaide twice. We think this is one of the better restaurants in La Cite and overall is one of the best for value for money.
If the AC had been working I d have given 5 stars. Excellent food and service. I can recommend the foie gras, the cassoulet and the crumble. All was excellent. In the middle of August the AC is not really an option for an establishment of this quality however.

This truly was a friendly restaurant - great for a sunny lunch or an evening meal. Well placed with a great menu. Staff were very attentive. A good solid cassoulet and some very decent wine too.
Extensive menu, and really good food. They have a few fixed price menus to choose from, all of which are really good. Service could have been better, though we were a really large group.
Nice snack and cool drink on a hot day, it was a great choice in Carcassonne. We were on a tight schedule and wish we could have spent a few more minutes for sure.
Very good food, not too touristy and a great place to watch the sun go down over La Cité. Fixed priced menu was fabulous and the wines good.

We ate here our first bigyt and it was delicious. A wonderful steak, baked camenbert and the cassoulet.
