garantiert das Restaurant Adler, das seit über 50 Jahren im Familienbesitz ist. Seit 1989 sind Erika und Martin Gfeller die Inhaber und führen die traditionelle Gastwirtschaft persönlich im Service und in der Küche. Die Spezialitäten sind die küchengeräucherte "Burehamme" mit Rösti, die hausgemachten Salate, Pouletflügeli und ganz speziell das Kafi Creme mit "Niddleschöggeli" und das Niddle-Meringue. Freundlichkeit kostet nichts, dennoch ist sie vielerorts selten! Im Adler wird die Freundlichkeit gelebt! Danke - wir kommen wieder!

Wir wollten ein Mittagessen haben und hielten daher in Latterbach beim Adler an.Die Gaststube ist sehr rustikal, der Chef kocht und die Chefin serviert.Wir erwischten die letzte Portion Kutteln und bestellten Salat und Pouletflügeli. Beides schmeckte gut und die Flügeli waren besonders lecker gewürzt.Das Brot zum Salat war frisch.Das Ganze war preiswert.

We were able to drop by spontaneously and were treated very kindly and finely. Just the thing after a long day in the mountains. We felt comfortable with you.
