Restaurant Am Barons Busch

Yesterday the first time in the restaurant of the Great Schwülperaner Tennis Hall was dinner in the evening. Unfortunately, it was already with the positive things. We had ordered pork medals or pork slices with roast and mushroom cream sauce. The foods were nicely dressed but unfortunately the roasts were extremely covered with frying fat and creepy. Probably finished product and quickly fritted .The meat had been badly seasoned in both dishes.There was no salt and pepper. At least fresh mushrooms have been used for the mushroom cream sauce.

For beer after tennis OK, but not recommended as a restaurant. Very small card, zero flair. Italian without pizza. Think the new tenant will not stick with this concept, although in the village would be space for a small Italian with a beautiful atmosphere. Good kitchen, you can't stop by if you like good German/Austrian cuisine. The boss is an original.
