the dish of the day is good but without more but to 9,90 € one cannot ask for miracles. Sunday's couscous is pretty poor. The current managers show good will but lack ex experience: in alsace we do not make a sauerkraut in summer with 30° in the shade while the new sauerkraut must arrive in 6 or 7 weeks.On the other hand, the flamkueche is excellent: well cooked paste, fine and garnished just what it takes.What is rare is to have a restaurant in flam's that makes Advised advice from a real pro would not be superflux.
We ordered a rossbif, we were served a dish that smelled loud and not that a little, we talked to the waitress who told us that she would talk to the kitchen!! a little bit more tad the table behind us, has returned the rossbif dish for the same reason! final reaction of the restorer " nothing" they have made us no flowers at the level of the addition even not a coffee of offerer. It's good I'm not the kind to claim, but even offered I'll never return to this restaurant again.Daniel kleinmann
Perhaps the worst of the restaurants or we went: everything is infallible: the map is a nasty mess: too many proposals harm the quality of a good cuisine! a warm setting, ideal for small family meals. the torched and good pie, the well presented and well provided plates. The price is really affordable. this restaurant is ideal for quiet and simple little evenings. The kitchen is good without great originality, just to come out is the ideal.

I have been twice to eat the tarte flambee suuuuper rich! the best of the region quiet, good of price and very rich everything, I recommend!
we went to this establishment to taste flames. The first was flowing and then it was better....The flamkueches are good with a little white.
The flambées pies are very good, the pizzas significantly less. otherwise service of quality, enjoy it. ideally book.
