Excellent!!! We came to the restaurant on Tuesday evening, being from the trade we are rather demanding! At first it does not pay a mine but Let her marvellous surprise a place, a welcome, a service, an atmosphere and a really great meal in the tt point of A to Z! Cuisine excellent flavor and taste of the appointment! Home and perfect service Place with cachet and history The superb atmosphere small hidden atypical and discreet terrace. Really great place! We will return and we recommend without hesitation! Thank you to all the staff for this moment of sharing and hospitality.

A nice discovery on Villefort. From the entrance of the hotel, to the restaurant room, everything is decorated with a lot of taste and sensitivity, each chiné object is in its place, the building is also very beautiful. The meal is served without too much waiting, the dishes are prepared with care, good local products in large part, a real delight. We spent a very pleasant evening, a beautiful parenthesis enchanted out of time. Thanks to the whole team for this moment.

Small charming and unpretentious hotel on the way to the Régordane. On a itinerant hike, I only stayed there for one night. I was greeted with a smile in a family atmosphere. The room was clean, neat and sanitary in good working condition. Dinner, made with local products was excellent, as well as breakfast. The price quality report is at the rendezvous. This hotel offers an over-year atmosphere both nostalgic and friendly. To advise without hesitation.

We dined at the restaurant by chance, attracted by the somewhat bohemian outdoor courtyard. The experience was extraordinary! The dishes were original and delicious. Some of them are worthy of a starred restaurant. The wines were very good. Perfect evening! Reserva una mesa ahora

If you are sensitive to AUTHENTICITY and especially to NO STANDARDISATION, then go to the Hotel Balme, you will not be disappointed: it is a dip in the past that changes and does good!!! 3 hikers enchanted on the route of the Régordane

We ate incredibly good dishes in this restaurant, a real treat for the taste buds. In addition, the service is top notch and the price is more than fair...we plan to come back the next time we pass through Villefort....

I only went to the restaurant and I highly recommend it. I ate very well there, at a price that I found to be good value for money (27 euros per menu). Quality ingredients, regional and well cooked. THANKS

We did not sleep, reserved that the table by telephone, warm welcome calm and relaxing ,plats suck to deguster without moderation

Too nice, not too exaggerated menu. Old hotel that smells good old. Mm one can freak out from my 9-year-old son. I loved it.
