staying for one night at mercury, I chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant. even good reception and friendly service. the room is modern with enough space between the tables. I chose a coffee table and it's not very practical and comfortable to eat, installed in these chairs. I'll give you a "normal" table. I used a tuna steak that was on the menu of the day. roasted cooking at my request with its small juice in a verrine and another larger with a cocktail of vegetables. For dessert the "Paris-Brest" with chocolate, excellent. all accompanied by a glass of white alsace wine (sylvaner), perhaps not fresh enough. on the whole, a nice dinner.
