Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl - mancher mag es wohl so, der Service ist hervorragend, die Küche (geschmorte Bäckchen mit etwas bissfestem Gemüse (Geschmacksache) Zunge und Suppenfleisch und ebenfalls Gemüse sind gut! Das Hausdessert ist sehr fein!Die Gesamtnote liegt zwischen befriedigend und sehr gut!

The restaurant Beuggen 1 is really highly recommended. A great menu with delicious, saisional and also regional dishes at really fair prices. Great restaurant. We like to come back!
Frisch renoviert ist das Schloss eine Augenweide. Auch die Speisekarte kann sich sehen lassen, ebenso ist der Service sehr aufmerksam. Gerne wieder!
