I often go with my family to eat, but this experience looks like it. we were initially sitting inside and asked to watch our child after a few minutes. he stood 2m away from our table and watched the cat. they pointed out that children should not walk around inside. the restaurant was empty up to four tables. well, we ordered and went out, although it was cool. There were two tables outside. we're gonna sit down. when the waitress came out again, she told us that we had to keep the children at the table, they should not walk around "for reasons of arrest" because they could overthrow. the terrace is very wide and there was nothing wrong. the child is not called. it stood in front of our side...
we met there with friends after a little walk, had reserved in advance. the tables stand parat - as far as ok. everything else was unfortunately not so great: expressly order large radler, get 0.2 radler. there would be no bigger ones. then we ordered food, and say and write 1.5 hours waiting! In the meantime, the neighboring was supplied with large rugged and then we suddenly went along. at last our food came - not as desired to half on two tellers, but on one. this was then quickly corrected. the flame cake was great, but after so long wait with hungry, the taste could not comfort anymore. to the request for payment was again about 15 minutes - here not all waiters but only a selected one....
we have given the birkhof many chances and today's experience was the last I want to make personally. the way and wise how the owner treated the guests is unprecedented negatiw in the gastronomy. we were there with small children 10 minutes before the official opening time and I had a simple question. we have not set ourselves or something like that. So I have traveled 10 minutes before the start of work alone to enter the terraces. a mistake! the chance to ask my question I did not get anymore because I was literally chased by the court! If I only wanted to use the phone for a emergency or register a company with 40 people, you will never find out here. Too bad if you play your potential so...
the restaurant is located in the middle of the forest on a reiterhof. the beer garden is beautiful and invites you to stay. from eating we were also positiw. the prizes are also completely in order and the most beautiful: dogs are welcome here. The restaurant is located in the forest, is beautifully held, not a Kitsch, after a long walk a great conclusion. Even if the restaurant is full, you will be served quickly. The waiters are friendly, the prices are fine. It's always worth a visit. Especially in children it is the right restaurant.
