Every course at this restaurant was full of flavours that complemented each other. The starter of salmon with a horseradish cream on crushed biscuit was delicious as was the main course of haddock meuniere. The vegetables that arrived with the main course were interesting with...spices and herbs that perfectly blended with the entire plate. Desert trolley offered good choice. Can recommend.

For a safe place in Millau, good quality, reasonable price, menu at around €20. at midday, cozy atmosphere...what more could you ask for, apart from perhaps a less neutral room and a place with an exterior view. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The dishes were quite inventive. We enjoyed our food. The vanilla flavour in the vegetables is an example of their inventive take on cuisine. They were really sweet with my 3 year old, which was nice. Reserva una mesa ahora
