Restaurant Chez Mart's

We ended up at this restaurant after seeing the rating on Trip Advisor. We loved our experience. The food was excellent even though my spouse said that the "jarret d'agneau" was a little dry but the taste was amazing. I had a steak which was delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were decadent. The service was very good. a little slow but it was a Saturday night so no stress. We've learned that there are 2 reception rooms at a lower level. One can accommodate 70 people and one about a dozen. The entertainer was very good. He catered to the dancers wish list as they were older folks who loved ballroom dancing and line dancing. went there with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter a few weeks ago. I will start by saying that I have travelled the world over and have sampled a variety of dishes in many different countries, some more exotic and some simple dishes, like fish and chips. I can honestly say that the fish 'n chips at Chez Mart's in Terrebonne is by far the best that I have ever had. Light, crispy, flavorful batter with a generous portion of fish inside. Delicious.My son, in addition to the fish 'n chips ordered the grilled octopus as a starter. Amazing. I will certainly order that the next time.How could it be any better?How about their wine prices at SAQ $5? We will definitely return.

You want the best fish N chips in an amazing place. THIS IS the place you should go. What an atmosphere great stuff! And just if it's not enough for you, the live music adds EVERYTHING you need for a great dinner! MUST TRY!

Another visit but this time it was for my sons birthday. We went for supper and ill go back again, just as good as the first time but a nicer , cozier ambiance.
