Start-up, little-town place, promising though. The food was good and moderately priced, served promptly, in a clean and peaceful environment. I mostly recommend the crepes and breakfast options, however, as a quiet place for a local lunch or dinner – it’s ok too. I thought that the main thing missing was an extra-smile. In my opinion, the feeling of being a stranger in town should be eradicated in a good restaurant. Being stared at by local customers certainly added to the awkwardness rather than making us feel more at ease.

I have not had another Quesadilla with the same flavors since I've been to this restaurant. No restaurant has been able to compare. The waitress was very friendly and served us in English. The service was quick (although we were in the restaurant after peak hours). Will definitely be back.

This restaurant is a great place to dine. Guests staying at Motel Canadien receive a 10% discount at Restaurant Artist. You are allowed to bring your own wine and beer. Enjoy delicious Canadian cuisine at a reasonable price.

Good restaurant to eat. If you stay in Motel Canadien, you could get 10% discount for restaurant Artist. You may bring your own wine and beer. Nice canadian local food. Good price.

we thought we could be coffee and baked. sad they were our most baked, but the strawberry muffins were excellent as the service was.
