The Le Safran restaurant opens around the clock near the tram station Gulhane and over the road to the next gate to the Topkapi Palace and the Istanbul Archaeological Museums from the tram stop. There are four hotels on the way between Antik Cafe and Le Safran and I were in two Hotel Basilissis (see other review) and now Antik Houses. The other two in the pedestrian zone are Print House Hotel and Minel Hotel. All are easiest to reach in the same way as the only other entry into the roadway a large circle around and stairs down to the roadway. This is a big trouble if you have luggage.
