Restaurant De La Place

there is a series of restaurants with seating outdoors on a side of the ortes pestalozzi, one of the most beautiful places of Switzerland. the 'restaurant de la place' is about the middle of them all. on a sunny day in the summer you have to feel happy to grab a chair and a table, as many people want to enjoy the atmosphere here of the traffic-free large space, surrounded by a castle, a church and generally with a homogeneous architecture. although very busy, service from a young waiter was fast and friendly. they had a 'menus du jour' card on the display of which I brought the 'salade paysanne', which is a great part of 'salade melée, sauce italienne, lardons, croutons, oeuf dur et fromage'...

A place that was strongly recommended to me, which is why I went there to form my own opinion. The setting is pleasant, accessible and the staff smiling. On the other hand, given that I was there to go to dinner (normal that there is noise) there was some background music really not necessary. When it comes to cooking, the bread is frankly not very edible. The barely lukewarm meal. Salad dressing didn't seem to be homemade

We ate really well. 4 people, 4 different dishes, everyone was delighted. Very good quality/price ratio. A restaurant to recommend... they know how to pamper their customers... so rare these days. We will come back very soon! Thanks to the server and the whole team!

Perfect, fast and quality service. Meal: my daughter had nugget fries. My wife and I perch fillets. Everything was good, well presented. The perfect setting and atmosphere. Very well decorated restaurant. Honestly, congratulations to this great team. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very very good perch fillet! I recommend Fondue d tab always incredible Top service and free Limoncello Ask to go to the back of the room and this was accepted, listening to customers Decor of the restaurant redone and it's very beautiful
